This workshop is part of the tender “Rapid boar taint detection methods used or being developed at slaughter plants in the European Union” (SANCO/2012/11505). The workshop is organised for the Pig industry and research communities. It will focus on critical discussions of the previously identified methods and will aim to identifying relevant rapid methods to be tested and compared during the project.
